Danford R. Due is a seasoned trial attorney with decades of experience in insurance defense and complex litigation. He has handled a wide range of cases, including insurance coverage, fire and explosion claims, asbestos matters, and personal injury disputes, providing skilled representation for clients across Indiana.

Danford earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1970 and a J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law in 1973. His strong academic background laid the groundwork for a long and respected legal career focused on litigation and trial advocacy.

Danford was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1973 and to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His broad admissions reflect a deep commitment to legal practice at both the state and federal levels.

Danford has extensive litigation experience, having tried over 200 jury trials to verdict as lead counsel.
