DanaLyn Dalrymple is the founding owner of Dalrymple Law, P.C., with extensive experience in business, corporate, and real estate law since 2001. She also handles estate planning and general civil matters, providing clients with clear guidance and practical legal solutions across a wide range of issues.
DanaLyn earned her B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 1998. She then received her Juris Doctor from the University of Utah, SJ Quinney College of Law in 2001. Her education prepared her for a strong legal career grounded in both business and law.
DanaLyn began her legal career as a law clerk for the State of Washington, Department of Labor, in the worker’s compensation section. She later worked in Utah with Nielsen & Senior, P.C. as a law clerk and associate attorney, handling administrative, regulatory, water law, real estate, and civil litigation matters.
DanaLyn moved to Alaska in 2003 and joined Landye Bennett Blumstein, LLP, where she practiced for five years in Wasilla and Anchorage. Her work included corporate law, real estate, Alaska Native law, estate planning, and general civil litigation, helping clients navigate complex legal matters.
DanaLyn has served in several leadership and community roles, including the MVFCU Supervisory Committee and the Palmer Chamber of Commerce. She has also worked as a Hearing Officer and served on the Mat-Su Board of Equalization, contributing her knowledge to public service.
DanaLyn Dalrymple lives in the Mat-Su Valley with her husband and family. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and stays active in her community. Her approach to law is thoughtful, steady, and focused on helping clients reach practical and lasting solutions.
