Däna Wilkinson

Däna Wilkinson is an experienced bankruptcy attorney who has dedicated her career to helping individuals manage overwhelming debt. She has practiced exclusively in bankruptcy law for over 20 years, providing clear guidance and practical solutions while helping clients understand their options and move toward financial stability.

Däna earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina, graduating Cum laude. She also holds a B.A. from the University of South Carolina. During law school, she served on the Law Review and was a Student Works Editor. She was also a member of the Order of the Coif.

Däna began her legal career working for two bankruptcy judges, where she gained valuable insight into the court system. She then practiced with bankruptcy boutique firms, continuing to build her experience in creditor and debtor matters while focusing entirely on bankruptcy law and related legal issues.

In 1998, Däna opened her own practice, where she focuses on representing individuals facing financial challenges. She works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized strategies. She avoids a one-size-fits-all approach and helps clients find the best path forward.

Däna continues to expand her knowledge by taking continuing education courses focused on bankruptcy and creditor-debtor topics. This ongoing learning allows her to stay current and provide informed advice to clients dealing with complex financial situations and legal concerns.

Däna is active in the legal community and has been involved with several professional organizations. She has served on the Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Law Specialization Advisory Board and is a member of multiple associations focused on bankruptcy law and professional development.
