Dana T. Davidson

Dana T. Davidson is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Davidson Law Group, where she brings over two decades of experience in immigration law. A trusted legal advisor to corporations, families, and individuals, Dana represents clients in various immigration matters across the United States. Her law offices are in New York City and Glen Cove, and her practice spans domestic and international cases.

Dana earned her B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Business from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1982. She received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in 1988, where she was a member and judge on the Moot Court Board.

Dana T. Davidson launched her legal career as in-house counsel for major multinational corporations, where she handled corporate law, commercial banking, real estate, employment law, immigration, and litigation matters. Since dedicating her practice exclusively to immigration law in 2003, she has developed a highly respected immigration law practice recognized for its strategic, personalized legal solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Dana is admitted to the Connecticut Bar and the U.S. District Courts in New York (Eastern and Southern Districts) and Washington, D.C. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), serving on its Media Advocacy & Political Engagement Committee.

A frequent speaker at international legal conferences, Dana has presented on a variety of immigration topics in cities like Berlin, Brussels, Johannesburg, London, Madrid, and Vienna.
