Dale Jefferson is a nationally recognized trial attorney based in Texas with a reputation for excellence in high-stakes, complex litigation. With a practice spanning fiduciary litigation, commercial disputes, professional malpractice, insurance law, employment, construction defect, intellectual property and real estate matters, he regularly serves as lead counsel in courts across Texas and beyond. Mr. Jefferson earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1986, where he was honored with the South Texas Outstanding Advocate Award and served as Director of the Board of Advocates. He was a finalist and national competitor in multiple prestigious moot court competitions. He holds a B.A. with honors from Houston Baptist University, where he was awarded the Kappa Alpha Award and the College of Humanities Award for Outstanding Graduating Senior.

He has led numerous high‑profile cases and is widely recognized for his work at the intersection of law, media, and reputation management. Among his many honors, Mr. Jefferson was named “Lawyer of the Year” in Houston for Legal Malpractice Law – Defendants by Best Lawyers (2024) and received the Joseph S. Horrigan Award for Fiduciary Litigation Excellence. He has consistently been listed in Texas Super Lawyers (2004–2023) and holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
