This apprenticeship-based legal training, combined with years of hands-on experience at the firm, supports her ability to prepare detailed documents, evaluate client needs, and approach legal matters with precision.

Dean joined the firm in September 2007 and trained under Jeanne Gale while serving for years as a paralegal before becoming an attorney. Her experience includes drafting, organizing, and quality-checking matters for real families and business clients. She passed the California Bar in July 2024, was sworn in by the Humboldt County Superior Court, and was admitted to practice in California in November 2024.
