Craig D. Miller

Craig D. Miller is the co-founder and managing partner of Simeone & Miller, LLP. Focusing on personal injury litigation, Mr. Miller has built a distinguished career representing clients in complex catastrophic injury cases, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and product liability. His practice spans Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, where he has achieved millions in verdicts and settlements.

Mr. Miller earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University School of Law in 1997, where he was a member of the Trial Court Board and Student Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Political Science, with honors, from Indiana University at Bloomington.

Prior to founding Simeone & Miller, Mr. Miller served as a Senior Associate at Cohen & Cohen, P.C., where he trained junior attorneys and was named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2000. His early experience refined his litigation skills and instilled the drive to create a firm focused on client advocacy and trial excellence.

Craig D. Miller is admitted to practice in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, and various federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for D.C. and the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
