Craig A. Andreoli, Esq., has built his career around helping individuals and families manage the legal challenges of aging and long-term care. Craig received his Bachelor’s degree, followed by his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1993, where he earned the Frederick W. Scholem Academic Scholarship. He is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York and the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He remains active in several professional organizations.

Craig uses his background to guide clients through Medicaid pre-planning, advanced gifting strategies, and estate tax planning. By structuring these plans early, he helps families preserve assets and avoid the costly financial impacts of long-term care. His work aims to create smoother transitions and greater peace of mind for those preparing for the future.

Craig explains trusts, wills, advance directives, and property ownership in ways that clients can understand. Craig has long been involved in professional Bar committees, including Elder Law and Trusts and Estates Committees within both the New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. He also participated in the Solo & Small Firm Practitioners Committee and previously served as a New York State Office of Court Administration Certified Court Evaluator.

Craig A. Andreoli is also a frequent speaker, presenting to community groups, financial professionals, civic organizations, and the Alzheimer’s Association. Through his writing and lectures, he shares guidance on senior issues, health care planning, and asset protection, helping individuals better understand how to prepare for the future.
