As an Independent Petroleum Landman Attorney, he handled title review, negotiations, and regulatory matters related to mineral and land rights. This experience gave him detailed knowledge of energy development, property law, and complex contracts. He later served as Director of Real Estate & Water Development at New Mexico State University, contributing to major legal work involving Rio Grande water rights issues cases.

Clayton Bradley later returned to private practice and founded Bradley Law Office to provide accessible legal services to individuals, families, and businesses. His practice includes estate planning, probate administration, business transactions, property matters, dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration.
