About

Clark Cannon is Counsel in Fragomen’s Salt Lake City office and advises corporate clients on US immigration and nationality law, policy, and regulatory compliance. Clark handles employment-based and family-based immigration matters, including PERM labor certification, immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and adjustment of status. He represents employers and individuals before the US Department of Labor, US Department of Homeland Security, and US Department of State.

Clark earned a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012 and a B.S. from the University of Utah in 2006. During law school, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk Intern with the Executive Office for Immigration Review and as a Legal Intern with the Office of the Chief Counsel for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. His legal training supports a practice focused on federal immigration law, regulatory compliance, and cross-border workforce planning.

Clark previously practiced at a large business immigration firm, where he managed the inbound Canada practice and worked on global immigration and account management. He advised multinational companies in energy, health care, financial services, engineering, manufacturing, and information technology on global mobility strategies and best practices.
