About

Cindy Manning founded Manning Peace, LLC with a clear vision: to deliver the skill, preparation, and excellence of a large firm while maintaining the personalized service and efficiency of a small practice. She represents individuals and businesses facing criminal charges, providing strategic guidance, individualized attention, and practical solutions at every stage of a case.

Cindy began her legal career with a strong academic foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, cum laude, from Florida State University in 1999. She later received a full scholarship to Boston University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2002.

With more than a decade of experience as a trial lawyer, Cindy brings a strong courtroom presence and deep understanding of criminal law to her practice. Her background as a former Assistant District Attorney allows her to approach each matter with insight into prosecutorial strategy, evidentiary standards, and Georgia criminal procedure, positioning her to advocate effectively for her clients.

In addition to trial work, Cindy has significant appellate experience in both civil and criminal matters. Cindy has argued cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. She is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. This appellate background strengthens her ability to analyze complex legal issues and preserve critical arguments.

While in law school, Cindy Manning served as an editor of the Boston University Law Review and was active in moot court and mock trial programs, as well as the criminal law clinic, where she gained early prosecutorial experience. She remains committed to providing diligent, confident, and client-focused representation rooted in expertise, preparation, and integrity.
