About
Cindy Cahill focuses her practice on helping individuals recover after serious injuries caused by negligence. Her work centers on personal injury matters involving automobile accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, and dog and animal bite cases. She approaches each case with careful preparation, clear communication, and strong advocacy.
Cindy built her legal foundation through formal education rooted in South Carolina. She earned a B.A. in 2005 from the University of South Carolina, majoring in Psychology. She later completed her J.D. in 2011 at the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina, developing core litigation skills.
Cindy began gaining courtroom and legal system experience while still in law school. During her third year, she served as a law intern for the Honorable John E. Waites at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina, where she observed judicial decision-making and strengthened her legal research and writing abilities.
Cindy started her career in a general practice setting, allowing her to work across different areas of law and understand how legal issues often overlap. This early exposure helped her develop practical problem-solving skills and a well-rounded perspective before focusing her practice on personal injury matters.
Cindy transitioned fully into personal injury law in 2016 and has since handled a wide range of injury claims. She has resolved numerous cases successfully, including matters resulting in million-dollar settlements, by combining detailed case analysis with a client-focused strategy aimed at fair outcomes.
Cindy Cahill is admitted to practice in South Carolina and is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Association for Justice. Fluent in English and Korean, she works to ensure clients feel informed and supported while pursuing accountability and financial recovery after an injury.
