Chukwuma Obiechefu

Chukwuma Obiechefu is the founder and managing attorney of Obi Law Group, where he advises clients in business law, trademark matters, estate planning, and civil litigation. Known for his thoughtful, client-first approach, Chukwuma helps individuals and businesses navigate legal complexities with clarity, integrity, and purpose.

Chukwuma earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, he served as a legal extern with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he handled matters involving the Federal Tort Claims Act and federal employment litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Georgia State University, graduating cum laude with departmental distinction.

Before founding Obi Law Group, Chukwuma gained industry experience in real estate, construction, compliance, and asset management. His background includes advising cross-functional teams and executives, managing both litigation and transactional matters, and developing a multidisciplinary legal perspective.
