About

Christopher Sochacki is a partner at Cramer & Anderson LLP whose civil litigation practice focuses on helping people who have been wronged or injured. His work includes Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Medical Malpractice, product liability, professional malpractice, and related civil disputes. He also handles residential and commercial real estate matters and uninsured or underinsured motorist issues. He works primarily from the firm’s Litchfield office and represents clients in courts and administrative forums.

Christopher earned a JD from Quinnipiac College School of Law in 1998 and a BA from Boston College in 1993. He is admitted in Connecticut, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the Mohegan Tribe Gaming Disputes Court. He has completed mediation certificate training through the Quinnipiac University School of Law Center on Dispute Resolution. His education and mediation training support trial, appellate, administrative, and negotiated resolution work.

Christopher spent 17 years as an insurance defense litigator before focusing his practice on injured and wronged clients. That background gives him direct insight into how insurers and defense counsel analyze and litigate claims. He has handled matters in Connecticut state and federal courts, before administrative agencies, and in the Mohegan Tribe Gaming Disputes Court, and has argued before Connecticut’s Appellate and Supreme courts. His experience extends to fire and explosion litigation and representation of medical providers before the state Department of Health.

Christopher Sochacki was voted Best Personal Injury Lawyer for a seventh time in the 2025 Waterbury Republican-American Reader’s Choice Awards, according to his official profile. The Connecticut Law Tribune previously honored him with a Distinguished Leaders Award. A certified paramedic and volunteer firefighter, he applies first-responder and medical knowledge to appropriate litigation matters. His practice combines injury advocacy, workers’ compensation, malpractice, civil litigation, mediation, and substantial prior insurance-defense experience.
