Christopher Q. Wintter is a highly accomplished attorney specializing in estate and trust litigation, estate planning, and probate. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law, earned in 1987, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with High Honors from the University of Florida, completed in 1982. Before attending law school, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Washington, D.C., tax department of Arthur Andersen & Company, where he gained valuable experience analyzing complex financial data.

With over 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Wintter has built a reputation as a leading expert in wills, trusts, and estates. He is board-certified by the Florida Bar in this area, a distinction held by fewer than 340 of Florida’s more than 110,000 licensed attorneys. Mr. Wintter is admitted to practice law in Florida and before several federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit. He is an active member of the Florida Bar, serving on the Executive Council of its Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section. He contributes to committees drafting legislation and advising on probate, trust, and guardianship laws.
