Christopher M. DeCoste

Christopher M. DeCoste is a seasoned criminal defense attorney based in Miami with over 19 years of legal experience. He has defended thousands of clients in both state and federal courts, focusing on achieving favorable outcomes. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University. He later received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School. During law school, he served as Associate Managing Editor for the Moot Court Board Journal and was one of four advocates chosen for the school’s nationally ranked trial team.

Christopher began his legal career as a Prosecutor in Miami-Dade, where he worked on a wide range of cases from misdemeanors to murder. He was selected for specialized roles in the Career Criminal and Robbery Unit, as well as the Traffic Homicide Investigations Unit. This experience helps him understand how prosecutors think and prepare strong defenses for his clients.
