About

Christopher L. Haas began his legal path in 1997 as a clerk in the 13th Judicial Circuit of Illinois, where he gained extensive exposure to court procedures and a broad range of legal matters. His early work shaped his practical, resolution-focused approach, which he continues to apply when helping clients navigate complex issues.

Christopher completed his B.A. in Economics and Political Science at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, before earning his J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law. His academic training laid the groundwork for his analytical thinking, detailed research skills, and ability to manage the diverse legal challenges that would define his career.

Christopher expanded his experience at Nicolosi & Associates, working closely with municipal and commercial matters. His responsibilities included research, transactional support, and courtroom assignments that deepened his understanding of real estate development, commercial disputes, and governance-related issues, strengthening the foundation he built as a judicial law clerk.

Christopher later advanced his litigation and transactional work across several respected Illinois firms. His roles involved commercial transactions, business dispute resolution, malpractice defense, intellectual property matters, and contract litigation. These positions allowed him to refine his skills and build a wide-ranging perspective on legal problem-solving in both litigation and negotiation settings.

Christopher eventually opened his own practice, applying more than a decade of courtroom and transactional knowledge to serve individuals, families, and businesses. He handled matters involving property sales, contract disputes, corporate formation, foreclosures, short sales, probate issues, and eviction cases. His ability to resolve hundreds of varied disputes demonstrates his commitment to practical outcomes.

Christopher L. Haas remains guided by the principles he developed early in his career: thorough preparation, practical strategy, and a commitment to solutions that protect clients’ goals and long-term interests. Christopher continues to assist clients with probate, estate planning, real estate transactions, civil litigation, business formation, and elder law concerns. His work reflects years of steady growth, careful study, and dedication to effective problem-solving. He aims to provide clear answers, efficient strategies, and dependable support for every legal matter placed in his care.
