Chris Movafagh is the founder of Mova Law Group, a respected personal injury law firm located in San Diego, California. Dedicated to protecting the rights of injury victims, Chris built his firm on the belief that every client deserves individual attention and strong legal support. Chris Movafagh earned his J.D. from Western State University College of Law and holds a B.S., with honors, from George Mason University.

Before launching Mova Law Group, Chris started his legal career as a law clerk at one of Southern California’s leading personal injury law firms. There, he built strong litigation and negotiation skills. Over time, though, he grew frustrated seeing big firms treat personal injury clients like case files—prioritizing fast settlements over truly maximizing each client’s results.

To change this, Chris started his own firm with a mission to handle fewer cases and provide each client with the attention and effort they deserve. He personally selects a skilled team committed to delivering quality legal services and achieving fair settlements.

Chris has since earned nationwide respect for his expertise in handling complex cases, especially those involving spinal and brain injuries. He also coaches other personal injury attorneys across the U.S. on best practices in case setup, negotiation, and litigation strategies.
