Chris J. Fox

Chris J. Fox is the founder of Fox Injury Law and a trusted personal injury attorney serving clients throughout Georgia. With a strong courtroom background and a results-driven approach, he has built a reputation for fighting tirelessly on behalf of accident victims and families impacted by serious injuries or wrongful death.

Chris earned his Juris Doctor in 2014 from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he was active in the Sports and Entertainment Society and served as a Student Body Association Representative. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Tennessee State University, where he was named to the Dean’s List for academic excellence during several semesters.

Chris began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney, quickly making a name for himself by winning motion hearings and securing “Not Guilty” verdicts. Transitioning to personal injury law, he continued to deliver courtroom success, securing favorable verdicts and settlements in cases involving car, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian, and bicycle accidents, as well as wrongful death.

In 2023, Chris launched Fox Injury Law, combining his courtroom experience, negotiation skills, and deep understanding of injury law into a client-centered practice. He is known for his relentless advocacy and commitment to securing maximum results for those injured by negligence.

Chris is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia and is a member of the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce. His achievements have earned him recognition, including Top 40 Under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in 2021 and 2022.
