Chris Godinsky

Christopher is the managing attorney at Godinsky Law LLC, where he provides experienced legal representation in criminal defense and personal injury matters. Based in Strongsville, Ohio, he has over a decade of courtroom experience and is known for defending clients facing charges ranging from minor misdemeanors to serious felonies.

Christopher is a double Buckeye, having earned both his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics, magna cum laude, from Ohio State’s Honors Program. During law school, he served on the National Trial Team and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in civil litigation.

Throughout his career, Christopher has built a reputation as a skilled trial attorney. His early legal experience included clerkships with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office and State Farm’s Claims Litigation Counsel in San Francisco. These roles gave him early exposure to both criminal prosecution and complex civil litigation.

At Godinsky Law LLC, Christopher focuses on delivering aggressive and compassionate advocacy. His practice includes DUI/OVI defense, record sealing, and serious injury cases involving car accidents, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
