Charles earned his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, where he served on the Administrative Board and Editorial Staff of the Widener Journal of Public Law. He completed a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Wilkes University and later pursued a post-J.D. Coursework in computer science at West Chester University. He also completed Trial Skills training through the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA).
