Charles E. Lampin

Charles E. Lampin is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 36 years of experience representing individuals in complex legal matters. Mr. Lampin earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, graduating in 1987. He received his J.D. and was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1988. His formal legal training provided a strong foundation in trial practice, legal research, and case strategy, which he has consistently applied throughout his career in both prosecution and civil litigation.

Mr. Lampin began his legal career in 1988 as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Charles County, Missouri. In this role, he gained substantial courtroom and trial experience by handling a wide range of criminal cases. This early experience strengthened his litigation skills and prepared him for later work as a defense attorney. In 1991, he became a partner at Busch and Lampin, P.C., where he led the firm’s personal injury practice and handled serious criminal and complex divorce cases.

Charles E. Lampin expanded his practice to include mesothelioma and mass tort litigation in 2002. He played a key role in handling large-scale cases involving defective drugs and medical devices, including Fen-Phen, Vioxx, Avandia, and other products. In 2016, he formed The Lampin Law Firm L.L.C., continuing his focus on representing individuals harmed by negligence.
