Charles B. Phillips

Charles B. Phillips is a partner at Maginot, Moore & Beck and a patent attorney practicing across intellectual property law. His work includes preparing and prosecuting patent, trademark, and copyright applications, with substantial experience in US utility and design patents. His patent practice covers technologies such as power tools, electric motors, semiconductors, batteries, vehicle brake systems, autonomous vehicles, and computer software.

Charles earned a J.D. from The Ohio State University School of Law in 2008, a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University in 2005, and an A.A.S. in Electromechanical Engineering from Central Ohio Technical College in 2001.
