About
Chad J. Robinson represents clients in personal injury, insurance disputes, and consumer protection matters. His practice includes helping injured people, policyholders facing denied or underpaid claims, and individuals targeted by predatory telemarketers or debt collectors. He brings broad litigation knowledge from both plaintiff and defense work in state and federal courts.
Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida in 2005, where he made the Dean’s List and was a Bright Futures Scholar. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2008, after strong academic involvement.
Chad built his legal background through detailed work on insurance, injury, and complex civil disputes. Before focusing on policyholders and injured individuals, he represented insurance companies in claims involving windstorm, sinkhole, fire, mold, theft, and water losses, giving him insight into how claim decisions are handled from inside practical settings.
Chad has handled matters in state and federal court, including litigation connected to construction defects, employment discrimination, business torts, fraud, trade secret issues, automobile accidents, bankruptcy, defamation, premises liability, third-party liability, and labor disputes. This varied experience helps him assess facts, prepare arguments, and guide clients through difficult claims.
Chad is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He was admitted to the Texas Bar and the Federal District of Colorado in 2024 and Washington in 2025.
Chad has earned professional recognition, including AV Preeminent® Rated Attorney, Martindale-Hubbell, selection to Super Lawyers from 2021 to 2026, and selection to Rising Stars from 2016 to 2018. He also served as Sources Editor for the Nova Law Review and taught Criminal Law and Constitutional Law courses as a teaching assistant.
Chad J. Robinson helps people by combining courtroom experience, insurance knowledge, and careful client advocacy. He works to protect policyholders from wrongful claim denials or partial denials and supports injured clients seeking accountability after negligence.
