Cecilia Oseguera is a North Carolina District Court judge serving Mecklenburg County in Seat 18. Before becoming a judge, she served 17 years as an Assistant Federal Public Defender, handling complex federal cases with trial and appellate issues. She also served as a substitute Federal Magistrate Judge in the Western District of North Carolina.
