Catherine A. Byers

Catherine A. Byers is a Senior Associate Attorney who leads with focus, compassion, and skill in estate planning and probate matters. Catherine began her education with a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Texas A&M University in 2008. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University in 2015. In addition, she holds the Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) designation, equipping her to assist families with unique planning needs.

Catherine combines a strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail to guide clients through every stage of the estate planning and probate process. She also provides experienced support in creating special needs trusts and securing guardianship for loved ones with disabilities. Catherine is licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 2015. She is an active member of the San Antonio Bar Association and REPTL, and was part of the Bexar County Women’s Bar LEAD Academy during 2021-22.
