Casey E. Elliott brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to legal practice, advising individuals and businesses through complex decisions with clarity and care. Casey completed her academic foundation at the University of Missouri–Columbia, earning a B.S.B.A. in Management in 2007. She later completed the University of Missouri – Columbia, The Gordon E. Crosby, Jr. MBA Program, in 2011. That same year, she earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law.

Casey concentrates her practice on corporate and business matters, estate planning, real estate, and health care law. She regularly assists with entity formation, business structuring, and ongoing maintenance. Her work also includes drafting and reviewing shareholder agreements, employment contracts, and other essential documents that support sound business operations.

Casey has extensive experience advising clients on contract review and negotiation, capital and loan structuring, and real estate leases and purchases. She also works closely with health care professionals on physician contracts, employment concerns, and regulatory matters, providing clear guidance on issues that arise in fast-moving professional environments.

Casey supports individual clients with estate planning strategies, real estate transactions, and debtor-creditor matters. Her approach emphasizes practical solutions, careful planning, and clear communication.
