Carrie Lavargna, Esq., is the founder of Lavargna Law in Stuart, Florida, and a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney with more than four decades of legal experience. Her practice focuses on probate law, where she helps families navigate the legal process with clarity, compassion, and precision. Known for her integrity and dedication, he provides personalized legal guidance rooted in professionalism and deep respect for her clients’ needs.
Carrie earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was a member of the Florida Law Review, and her undergraduate degree from Florida State University. She later served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami School of Law, teaching courses in banking, legal writing, and real estate law. Her exceptional academic and instructional contributions earned her the school’s distinguished “Ibis” faculty honor.
Before founding Lavargna Law in 2004, Carrie gained extensive experience at a national law firm in Philadelphia and at White & Case in Miami, where she worked in real estate law. She also served as in-house counsel for a regional land development and environmental consulting firm. These diverse experiences laid the groundwork for her well-rounded understanding of real estate, business, and estate matters — expertise she now applies to her probate practice.
An active member of The Florida Bar and the Martin County Bar Association, Carrie Lavargna has also held leadership positions with several professional and civic organizations. Her roles have included serving as President of the Martin County Estate Planning Council and as a member of the Executive Board of the Justice Major B. Harding American Inns of Court. He continues to set the standard for excellence in Florida probate and estate law.
