Carolyn Brakey

Carolyn Brakey is the principal of Brakey Law LLC in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, and an accomplished business attorney with a background in mechanical engineering. Her practice focuses heavily on energy-related legal and business matters. She advises clients on energy transactions, contracts, regulatory issues, and disputes, and she serves as General Counsel to Brakey Energy. Earlier, she worked as a patent examiner for the US Patent and Trademark Office, adding intellectual property experience to her broader business practice.
