Carmen Dellutri

Carmen Dellutri is the Founder and President of The Dellutri Law Group, PA, where he provides strategic legal counsel in bankruptcy, personal injury, and consumer protection matters. With over three decades of legal experience, he has established himself as a trusted advocate for individuals facing financial distress and victims of catastrophic injury. Board-certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification, Carmen is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and Family Law Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator, reflecting his broad range of legal expertise.

Carmen earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida before completing his Juris Doctor at Loyola University School of Law in 1993. He further pursued a Master of Laws in 1994 from Tulane University School of Law and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University in 1999. Admitted to practice in Florida, New Jersey, and New York, he also appears before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and several U.S. District Courts across Florida and New Jersey.

Before founding his firm in 1998, Carmen practiced in a personal injury and consumer litigation firm, gaining experience in wrongful death, product liability, and bankruptcy cases. Under his leadership, The Dellutri Law Group has grown into a multi-office practice recognized for its client-centered approach and exceptional results in trial and appellate courts. His unique combination of legal and business acumen allows him to provide comprehensive solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Carmen Dellutri is an active member of several national and state legal associations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Florida Justice Association.
