Camilo Valencia

Camilo Valencia is the co-founder and managing partner of Valencia & Torres Law, PLLC. He oversees bodily injury and civil litigation matters, including motor vehicle, motorcycle, trucking, pedestrian, construction, and premises liability cases. His Florida practice focuses on protecting people injured by the negligence of others. He also advises small businesses, start-ups, and individuals on business and corporate law matters involving legal risks and preventive planning.

Valencia earned a B.S. in Political Science from St. Thomas University and a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law. He graduated from law school cum laude in the top ten percent of his class. He served on the St. Thomas Law Review, held a leadership role with the Trial Team, clerked for Judge Samantha R. Cohen, and was selected for the Order of the Barrister.

Valencia has handled bodily injury claims and litigated more than 200 cases for injured people in Florida since 2017. His work includes automobile collisions, trucking crashes, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian injuries, construction accidents, and slip-and-fall or trip-and-fall matters. He has also counseled smaller businesses and entrepreneurs on corporate concerns, helping clients identify potential legal problems, protect business interests, and address disputes before they become more difficult.
