Caleb Tarver

Caleb Tarver, Esq., is the Founding and Managing Attorney of Havenspire Law, where he advises entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and growing businesses on business, tax, and regulatory matters. As a third-generation business owner and experienced tax attorney, he brings a strong understanding of both legal structure and business operations. His practice focuses on helping clients make informed decisions, reduce risk, and build sustainable organizations through clear and strategic legal guidance.

Caleb earned his J.D., cum laude, from New England Law | Boston, where he also completed a specialized Tax Law Certificate. During law school, he was recognized with multiple academic honors, including the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors, New England Scholar distinction, and consistent placement on the Dean’s List. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government and Public Service and completed earlier academic studies in political science and business administration at Blinn College.

Caleb began his legal career at KPMG, where he worked in international tax, advising corporate clients on cross-border tax planning and compliance. This experience gave him a deep technical foundation in tax law and regulatory strategy. He later joined a boutique law firm focused on business law, real estate, and litigation, where he developed a practical, client-centered approach to legal services. In addition to his practice, he has served as an adjunct professor of tax law, strengthening his ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear, accessible way.
