Caleb A. Kershner

Caleb A. Kershner is a partner at Simms Showers Law whose practice includes criminal defense, DUI and traffic matters, personal injury cases, and other civil disputes in Northern Virginia. A former Assistant Commonwealth Attorney in Loudoun County, he has litigated hundreds of bench and jury trials. Caleb earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and his B.S. in Finance, with Distinction, from George Mason University. His earlier prosecutorial work provided direct experience with criminal investigations, charging decisions, witness testimony, trial preparation, and the presentation of cases before judges and juries.
