Bryan T. Allen

Bryan T. Allen is a shareholder in the corporate transactions group at Parr Brown. He focuses on securities, intellectual property transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private investment funds. He works with both private and public companies on complex business matters, offering practical guidance and clear legal solutions.

Bryan earned a J.D. in 1995 from Yale University, where he was an editor of the Yale Law Review and a member of the Yale Journal of International Law. He also earned an M.A., cum laude, in Religion from Yale Divinity School, and B.A. and B.S. degrees, summa cum laude.

Bryan assists companies with securities offerings, public company compliance, and corporate governance matters. He works closely with clients to structure transactions and ensure compliance with legal standards. His experience helps businesses manage risks while achieving their goals clearly and efficiently.
