About

Bruce D. Quick is Of Counsel at Vogel Law Firm in Fargo and focuses his practice on criminal defense. He represents clients in state and federal matters and brings extensive courtroom experience to cases involving serious criminal allegations. Quick earned his undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University in 1975. He graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1978. His legal education was followed by substantial work in prosecution and trial practice, giving him a strong foundation in constitutional law, evidence, criminal procedure, and appellate issues. He has also continued to engage with legal education through teaching and professional programs focused on criminal law and civil liberties.

Before joining Vogel Law Firm in 1989, Quick served as a prosecutor with the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office and as First Assistant Attorney General for North Dakota. He handled numerous jury trials and appeals in state and federal courts. His professional work has also included teaching Constitutional Law at North Dakota State University, criminal trial advocacy and criminal procedure at the University of North Dakota School of Law, and civil liberties constitutional law at Concordia College.

Bruce D. Quick has received recognition from Best Lawyers and Great Plains Super Lawyers and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
