Britton Morrell is the founding and managing partner of Kaplan Morrell, a Colorado law firm focused on workers’ compensation and disability law. With nearly three decades of legal experience, Britton has built a reputation for guiding injured workers through the challenges of the workers’ compensation system. Britton earned his Juris Doctor degree after completing a degree in Marketing and serving eight years in the U.S. Navy from 1990 to 1998. During his military tenure, he worked in logistics and analysis for operations in Europe and the Middle East, earning Top Secret Security Clearance. His background instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, strategy, and commitment—qualities that now define his approach to client advocacy and leadership within the firm.

Since founding Kaplan Morrell at the age of twenty-nine, Britton has helped countless injured and disabled workers recover lost wages, challenge unjust denials, and gain access to essential medical care.
