She later earned her J.D., with highest honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law, demonstrating academic excellence and strong ethical foundations.

Before founding Littleton Legal PLLC, Brittany practiced at a boutique estate planning firm focused on high-net-worth clients. She gained extensive experience addressing estate planning, probate avoidance, and business succession challenges. This work revealed how a lack of planning creates unnecessary stress and financial risk. She applies this insight to build customized plans that promote clarity, continuity, and effective transitions for families and closely held businesses across varied legal and economic circumstances.

Brittany Littleton also brings experience as a former in-house counsel and chief operating officer at multi-million-dollar companies.
