Brittany Dutton-Leyda

Brittany spent fourteen years working as a paralegal in private and public-sector settings before becoming an attorney. Her earlier work included insurance defense, medical malpractice, employment defense, healthcare law, and adult guardianship matters. That background gave her substantial exposure to litigation procedure, client communication, document management, and complex case development. She now applies those skills to family law, where organized preparation and clear communication can be especially important during divorce and custody disputes.
