About
Brinae L. O’Neill is an associate with Long Reimer Winegar LLP working from the firm’s Evanston and Park City offices. Her practice focuses on family law matters, including divorce, child support, child custody, modification, enforcement, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Her firm describes a collaborative approach centered on each client’s particular needs and goals, with attention to reducing uncertainty during difficult family law proceedings.
Brinae received a B.S. in Business Economics from the University of Wyoming in 2020, graduating cum laude. She earned her J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2023 and graduated with honors. During law school, she worked for three semesters in the Civil Legal Services Clinic, handled divorce proceedings, hearings, and trials, and later received recognition as the clinic’s Outstanding Student Attorney.
Brinae began gaining legal experience while still an undergraduate, working at a small Wyoming firm on divorce, adoption, custody, business, property, and criminal proceedings. She continued working in the legal profession during subsequent summers with a focus on family law. Her law school experience included helping found two student clubs and serving as vice president of each, in addition to her clinical work representing clients in family law proceedings.
Brinae L. O’Neill is licensed to practice in Wyoming and Utah. She serves as Board President of Evanston’s Youth Alternative Home Association and is Chair-Elect of the Wyoming Young Lawyers Section of the Wyoming State Bar. Her background combines family law practice, clinic-based courtroom experience, professional service, and community leadership. That background supports her work with clients facing divorce, custody, support, and agreement-related issues.
