Brigette N. Eagan, Esq., is a Partner at Genova Burns LLC with more than 25 years of experience in employment law. She chairs the Human Resources Law and Compliance Practice Group, where she works with employers, HR leaders, and in-house counsel to manage issues across the employment life cycle. Her practice includes advising on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, accommodations, discipline, workplace policies, and reductions in force. She is recognized for guiding organizations through complex employment challenges.

Eagan earned her B.A. from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Her strong academic training provided the foundation for a career focused on employment litigation, workplace investigations, and compliance counseling. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
