Brian Webb

Brian Webb is a seasoned attorney and founder and CEO of The 928 Law Firm, who has built a strong career helping clients across Arizona and the Navajo Nation, with a focus on business, criminal defense, tribal, family law, and civil law. He began his legal journey working with a nonprofit organization, where he handled a wide range of cases, including family law, criminal defense, and civil disputes. Through leadership roles, he guided legal teams and directly assisted hundreds of clients in resolving complex legal challenges, providing practical, effective solutions for diverse communities and legal needs today.

Brian earned his J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2009, where he also completed a Law, Science, and Technology Certificate. He previously earned his B.S. from Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University in 2006. His academic background provided a strong foundation in legal analysis, research, and practical problem-solving that continues to support his work on complex legal matters across diverse practice areas and jurisdictions.

Brian expanded his practice to include business formation, contract drafting and review, juvenile law, guardianships, and probate matters after founding his firm in 2015. He also served as a tribal prosecutor, gaining valuable courtroom and litigation experience. His work reflects a deep understanding of both state and tribal legal systems, enabling him to provide informed guidance to clients facing unique legal situations and to help them move forward with confidence through careful planning and strategic support.

Brian Webb, as chief executive at The 928 Law Firm since 2022, now focuses on mentoring attorneys and managing firm operations while maintaining a limited caseload in Navajo Nation courts. He is licensed in Arizona state courts, the Navajo Nation, and the Kaibab Band of Paiute Indians, allowing him to serve a diverse range of clients. His experience and leadership continue to strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver reliable legal services and effective representation in a wide range of legal matters for clients across regions.
