Brian Michael Bradford

Brian Michael Bradford is a partner at Cook, Bradford & Levy, LLC and works from the firm’s Lafayette office. He represents injured clients in personal injury matters throughout Colorado, with a focus on claims involving insurance companies and serious accident-related losses. Bradford brings trial experience, public defender service, and large-firm personal injury experience to his work. Bradford earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2004, graduating magna cum laude. He also received a B.S.B.A. from Bucknell University in 1999 and studied at the University of Buenos Aires. His academic background provides a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and practical problem solving. This training supports his ability to evaluate injury claims, prepare cases for trial, and guide clients through complex insurance disputes.

Bradford has completed numerous jury trials in jurisdictions across Colorado and has been specially licensed to handle matters pro hac vice in Oklahoma and Florida. Earlier in his career, he worked for Colorado state and federal trial court judges, including as a law clerk for the Honorable Rebecca Love Kourlis while she served on the Colorado Supreme Court. That court experience helps him understand how legal issues are evaluated and presented.
