Brian earned a J.D., cum laude, from Saint Louis University in 1995, where he served on the staff of the Public Law Review. He also earned an M.B.A. from Saint Louis University in 1995 and a B.S.B.A., cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1991.

Brian concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and governance matters. He works with boards of directors, officers, and shareholders on transactions such as joint ventures and financing, helping clients navigate important business decisions across multiple industries.
