Brian Branch

Brian Branch is a New Mexico trial lawyer whose practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and legal malpractice. Through his Albuquerque firm, he represents clients in serious civil disputes involving negligence, professional conduct, insurance obligations, and significant damages. His work includes preparing cases for jury trial as well as negotiating when resolution is possible. Branch earned a J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1987 and a B.A. from Coe College in 1982. He is admitted to practice in New Mexico and before multiple federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the Tenth Circuit. His legal education and long trial career provide a foundation for analyzing negligence, insurance duties, professional liability, damages, and complex procedural issues in civil litigation.
