Brian Bourbeau

Brian Bourbeau is a dedicated attorney known for handling serious injury and wrongful death cases with a strong focus on results. Brian earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, graduating with High Honors in May 1996, where he consistently made the Dean’s List each semester. He later obtained his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in May 1999, graduating cum laude and establishing a solid academic foundation.

Brian began his legal career representing large American automobile companies in complex product liability cases involving serious injuries. This early experience gave him insight into high-level defense strategies, which later became valuable when he shifted his focus toward representing injured individuals and their families in similar disputes.

Brian now concentrates on personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice, wrongful death, automobile negligence, and complex negligence cases. His approach emphasizes detailed case analysis and strong courtroom presentation, allowing him to pursue fair outcomes for clients facing challenging and often emotional legal situations.

Brian has achieved notable success in litigation, including securing a $9.7 million verdict in a wrongful death case in April 2023, one of the largest in Macomb County, MI. He is also recognized as a Super Lawyer in Plaintiff personal Injury and holds an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale – Hubbell.

Brian Bourbeau continues to advocate for those affected by negligence, using his experience and legal knowledge to guide clients through difficult cases while working toward meaningful and lasting results. Brian has contributed to the legal community as a guest faculty lecturer at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education No-Fault Automobile Seminar.
