About

Brent Eisberner is a Shareholder Attorney who advocates for clients in negotiations and in court. He has handled litigation in Wisconsin state and federal courts and has helped resolve many civil rights and personal injury cases. His practice also includes civil litigation and criminal defense for clients facing serious disputes.

Brent earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2017. He also completed the State Bar of Wisconsin G. Lane Ware Leadership Academy. While attending the University of Wisconsin Law School, he served as an infantry officer in the Marine Corps Reserves and was promoted to Major.

Before practicing law, Brent served as an artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps. He later filled special operations billets advising foreign forces, deployed from 2009 to 2011, and supported humanitarian relief efforts in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. He was selected as an instructor at The Basic School.

Brent graduated from law school with Pro Bono Honors distinction and continues to volunteer with the Veterans Law Society, providing free legal services to veterans in need. He also started an association of veteran attorneys working to better connect attorneys with the veteran community and provide full-spectrum legal services.

Brent is admitted to practice in Wisconsin State Court, the United States District Court Eastern District of Wisconsin, the United States District Court Western District of Wisconsin, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Brent Eisberner serves in professional and community roles. He is President of the American Veteran Attorney Association, committee member for State Bar of Wisconsin Legal Assistance, Chair of the Board of Outreach for Peace Lutheran Church in Sun Prairie, and member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for Sun Prairie.
