Brant T. Miller

Brant T. Miller is an experienced attorney who represents clients in energy, commercial litigation, real estate, transportation, and product liability matters. He supports energy producers, midstream operators, and investors on title, leasing, surface disputes, and joint venture issues. He also counsels solar companies on legal matters in the renewable sector.

Brant earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, from Washington & Jefferson College in 1995. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1998. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, and before several federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court.

Brant is also a licensed title insurance agent in both Pennsylvania and Ohio. He works with real estate professionals, REITs, national title insurers, and lending institutions on mineral and surface transactions. His counsel covers both litigation and advisory services involving commercial and residential property issues.

In litigation, Brant represents medical device makers and other product manufacturers in product liability and warranty actions. He also defends trucking companies, insurers, and drivers in accident-related claims, including serious and fatal cases. His diverse legal background makes him a valuable advocate for clients in complex liability and regulatory issues.

Brant contributes to his local community as chairman of a zoning hearing board and pro bono legal counsel for a volunteer fire department. He is active in professional groups such as the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation and several state and local Bar associations.
