Brandon E. White

Brandon E. White is a dedicated trial and appellate attorney with broad experience across civil and criminal matters. He has handled appeals before the Tennessee Supreme Court and other appellate courts, along with complex disputes involving family law, personal injury, and business litigation, helping clients resolve challenging legal issues.

Brandon built a strong academic foundation early in his career. He earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from Freed-Hardeman University in 2011. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2014, preparing him for a focused legal career.

Brandon has spent over a decade representing clients in a wide range of legal matters. His work includes divorce, child custody disputes, conservatorships, and probate cases. He also handles criminal defense matters such as DUI charges and serious criminal allegations, providing careful and strategic representation.

Brandon regularly works on appellate cases in both civil and criminal courts. His experience includes presenting matters before the Tennessee Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals.
