About
Bradley J. Edwards is the founding partner of Edwards Henderson and a Board Certified Civil Trial attorney whose practice centers on representing survivors of sexual abuse law, children, and victims of violent crimes. Licensed in Florida, New York, and Washington, D.C., he handles complex civil cases involving serious personal injuries and crime victims’ rights. His work has included sexual abuse, sex trafficking, and other high-stakes civil litigation. He is also the author of Relentless Pursuit: My Fight for the Victims of Jeffrey Epstein, which recounts his long-running representation of Epstein survivors.
Brad earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Florida and later earned a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. Before entering private practice, he began his legal career with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, where he served as a lead trial attorney prosecuting violent crimes. That background provided extensive courtroom experience and helped shape his later work representing survivors in civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and Washington, D.C.
Brad has spent much of his career representing survivors of sexual abuse and trafficking in cases involving individuals, institutions, and other entities. From 2008 through 2019, he served as pro bono lead counsel for survivors of Jeffrey Epstein in litigation involving the Crime Victims’ Rights Act. His official biography also credits him with leading later civil litigation against financial institutions accused of facilitating Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation. Beyond those matters, his practice includes civil claims arising from violent crimes, sexual assault, abuse in institutional settings, and catastrophic injuries.
Bradley J. Edwards brings extensive trial experience to cases requiring detailed investigation, witness preparation, complex evidence, and courtroom advocacy. His firm reports that he has obtained more than one billion dollars in verdicts and settlements during his career, including significant results for sexual abuse survivors. His official biography also lists recognition from organizations including The Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, the National Trial Lawyers, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He continues to focus his practice on civil representation for people harmed by abuse, exploitation, violent crime, and other serious misconduct.
