Bradford L. Atkinson

Bradford L. Atkinson has spent more than 24 years representing individuals and families across Texas with compassion and skill. A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, he continues a long family tradition of serving the community through the legal profession. Bradford began his academic journey at Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1996. He then pursued his legal education at St. Mary’s University School of Law, obtaining his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2000. That same year, he was admitted to the State Bar of Texas, marking the beginning of a distinguished legal career. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Bradford focuses his practice on all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, paternity, adoptions, and prenuptial agreements. He also handles complex mediations and modifications, assisting clients in resolving disputes efficiently and respectfully. With extensive experience as a certified mediator, he guides families through the State’s alternative dispute resolution process, helping them reach fair and lasting outcomes.
