Bradford L. Atkinson has spent more than 24 years representing individuals and families across Texas with compassion and skill. A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, he continues a long family tradition of serving the community through the legal profession. His approach combines deep local insight with unwavering commitment to client advocacy in every case he handles.

Bradford began his academic journey at Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1996. He then pursued his legal education at St. Mary’s University School of Law, obtaining his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2000. That same year, he was admitted to the State Bar of Texas, marking the beginning of a distinguished legal career. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Bradford focuses his practice on all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, paternity, adoptions, and prenuptial agreements. He also handles complex mediations and modifications, assisting clients in resolving disputes efficiently and respectfully. With extensive experience as a certified mediator, he guides families through the State’s alternative dispute resolution process, helping them reach fair and lasting outcomes.

Bradford maintains active memberships in several professional organizations, including the Montgomery County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. These affiliations reflect his ongoing dedication to professional excellence and staying current with evolving family law issues.
